We have assisted with preservation here for upwards of 10 years. We advised applying UV filtering window film to the windows, including these large curved insulated lights.

We recently replaced operable lights and the clerestorey window where insulated glass seals had deteriorated over time, resulting in condensation inside the double glass.

The walls and ceiling are a form of Venetian plaster, broken color being shown by a colored top coat skip-troweled over the white coat. We have succesfully removed stains resulting from roof leaks.

We designed, supplied and installed these traverse draperies.

We supplied and installed these light filtering roller shades.

Designed and installed custom, fire retarded, grounding jacketed ice melt cable system for the four valleys, gutters and leader pipes.

Entryway glazing was 1/8"plexiglas which had turned yellow. Now replaced with 1/4" lexan.
